Her commitment to streamlining systems and improving internal processes reflects a deeper goal: making people’s lives easier. 

Sarah thrives on challenges. Whether it’s reconfiguring workflows or tackling a new project, she’s energized by the opportunity to learn and grow. “I love a challenge,” she says. “It’s exciting to come to work each day knowing I’ll learn something new.” This mindset has shaped her approach to problem-solving and collaboration, especially when working toward Qunity’s broader goals. She sees herself as part of a larger mission—one that values innovation, unity, and service. 

One of Sarah’s proudest accomplishments has been helping to restructure internal systems to be more efficient. “The goal is always to help,” she explains. “If I can make someone’s day easier by improving a process, that’s a win.” Her work is grounded in precision and integrity—especially when it comes to contracts and invoicing. “We say what we’re going to do, and we do it. I make sure we invoice exactly what we promised. We’re true to our word.” 

Sarah’s approach to success is rooted in resilience. “Overcoming obstacles—that’s success to me,” she says. “When the problems are solved, that’s when I know I’ve done something meaningful.” She embraces change and sees mistakes as opportunities for growth. “Change is good, even if there’s a learning curve. That’s how you grow.” 

Her best advice? “Document everything.” It’s a simple but powerful practice that supports transparency and accountability across teams. 

Outside of work, Sarah finds inspiration in nature. She’s an avid hiker, camper, kayaker, and cook, and she loves to read. These passions fuel her sense of curiosity and balance, which she brings into her professional life. 

At Qunity, Sarah sees diversity and community care as essential to success. “Listening to different opinions and getting different perspectives—that’s the key,” she says. She’s especially proud of the impact she makes within Qunity’s internal community, always striving to improve systems and support her colleagues. “I always put myself in the position of the client,” she adds. “It’s about empathy and doing things right.”
