Sajeeb thrives while solving complex puzzles. His work on the Shady Grove Road Assemblage project demonstrates his forward-thinking problem-solving abilities: when he identified, in the road's geometry while designing the driveway entrance, a sight distance interference issue that would not provide drivers with adequate reaction time to avoid accidents, he swiftly raised the issue with NCDOT and provided two options to fix it. The decision was to lower the existing road profile to improve visibility and provide ample reaction time. This communicative, eager-to-solve approach to his work not only guarantees safety for our spaces' users, but it also prevents last-minute design revisions for the team down the line.

Since transitioning to Civil Site Design, Sajeeb has embraced Qunity's commitment to professional development through specialized training opportunities including Civil3D training and certifications in Erosion Control and Stormwater Design.
