The team also managed coordination with key sub-consultants, including land surveyors, geomatics professionals, and MEP engineers, ensuring seamless integration of all design and permitting components.

A critical aspect of the project involved securing a Floodplain Development Permit, allowing improvements to be responsibly implemented within environmentally sensitive areas while maintaining compliance with local and state regulations.
