Solana I and II are two separately permitted residential developments that together will create 663 lots across 258 acres of previously undeveloped land in Durham. The project required a CLOMR (Conditional Letter of Map Revision) approval for a wetland and open water crossing over Martin Branch, which will be facilitated by three 8’x14′ reinforced concrete box culverts.
Qunity’s design was made possible by the City of Durham’s installation of the Southeast Regional Lift Station on Kemp Road, enabling necessary sewer infrastructure. The team provided comprehensive civil engineering, land planning, and construction administration services, ensuring the project’s feasibility and long-term success.
