Qunity provided design services from concept through construction for Ellis Crossing, a residential development featuring 17 apartment buildings and an array of community amenities. These include a clubhouse, outdoor and indoor pools, multiple dog parks, playgrounds, and both basketball and volleyball courts.
A key focus of Qunity’s design approach was ensuring accessibility and inclusivity. We developed thoughtfully planned accessible pathways throughout the community, allowing all residents to navigate effortlessly from their homes to their favorite amenities. In collaboration with the developer, Qunity also supported construction oversight for the amenities and ADA-compliant walkways, ensuring that our design intent was carried out through execution.
