Elevate at the Park is a thoughtfully designed residential community featuring 336 apartments across thirteen 3-story buildings, anchored by a 3,500-square-foot clubhouse. Located at 3700 NC Hwy 55 in a rapidly developing area of Durham, the site is bordered by established neighborhoods to the west and a major highway to the east.
