Pickett Road Office Park

This project involved the expansion of an existing parking lot serving an office and storage facility in Durham. With 1.41 acres of disturbed area, the site was previously developed with a mix of paved surfaces and green space.

Qunity’s design team focused on optimizing the layout to accommodate increased parking capacity while preserving site functionality and minimizing environmental impact. The team provided civil engineering services and coordinated approvals to ensure a smooth implementation of the expanded infrastructure.
