Pine Springs Preparatory Academy

Pine Springs Preparatory Academy is a 45,000-square-foot educational facility located in Holly Springs, North Carolina. The initial phase includes 35 classrooms, with infrastructure in place to support a future expansion of 15 additional classrooms. Designed to accommodate nearly 900 students, the site required a vehicular queue of 4,900 linear feet—nearly one mile—to prevent traffic congestion on surrounding roadways. Our team engineered a dual-lane configuration to meet this demand efficiently.

To ensure safety and compliance, we also designed a dedicated emergency access route featuring a turf-paver fire lane that encircles the building, providing full perimeter access for emergency services while maintaining the site’s aesthetic and functional integrity.
