Hebron Village is a 160-unit townhome development that showcases Qunity’s full-circle design capabilities—from initial concept plans to construction administration. The project began in 2017 with conceptual layouts to support the property’s marketing. Following its sale, Qunity worked with the new owners to complete rezoning, site planning, and construction documentation.
Despite challenging site conditions, including extensive rock formations, the team preserved tree cover beyond minimum requirements and minimized grading costs. The final design includes a dog park nestled under mature trees and a community soccer field, enhancing livability and recreational access for future residents.
