Ellis Road Storage Center

Located in South Durham, the Ellis Road Storage Center includes three buildings housing a total of 787 self-service storage units. Qunity provided full civil engineering services, including site planning, stormwater design, and permitting.

To manage runoff and reduce peak flow rates below pre-development conditions, the team designed an on-site wet pond that meets regulatory requirements while contributing to the site's environmental requirements. The layout maximizes functionality and accessibility for users while integrating seamlessly into the surrounding commercial corridor.
