Trinity Lower School Building Expansion + Track and Field Facility

Qunity is proud to support Duda | Paine Architects on this transformative project—a ±15,000 gross square foot building expansion paired with a state-of-the-art, NCHSAA-compliant Track & Field Facility spanning parcels in both Durham and Orange County.

The scope includes enhancing the pedestrian experience, expanding parking for students and faculty, and improving student drop-off circulation. Our team is delivering innovative solutions for stormwater management by renovating and relocating systems on a dense, existing site, while also extending utility mains and preserving existing infrastructure and athletic fields. Outdoor play spaces will be upgraded to create vibrant, functional areas for recreation.
