Tim Sivers is the President & CEO of Qunity, where he leads a well-established Board of Directors and heads the firm’s residential design team. After serving as a Partner from 2015 to 2017, Tim stepped into his current role in 2018, bringing over 20 years of experience in designing functional, creative, and community-oriented spaces. His work spans residential subdivisions, civic spaces, and commercial developments, with a focus on the intersection of public infrastructure, environmental impact, and livable design. Tim is a strong advocate for collaboration between civil engineers and landscape architects, championing resilient, equitable, and sustainable communities. His leadership and forward-thinking approach continue to shape Qunity’s mission and its impact across the Triangle region and beyond.
