Robin Young, PE, brings over 25 years of civil engineering experience to Qunity, with a strong background in transportation, construction, project management, and environmental documentation. A lifelong Durham resident, she has held key leadership roles with the City of Durham—including Principal Engineer in the Transportation Department and Development Coordination Supervisor—where she managed multimodal construction contracts, led engineering teams, and improved interdepartmental collaboration. Earlier in her career, Robin worked with NCDOT in environmental analysis, long-range planning, and transportation engineering. At Qunity, she leads sidewalk and accessibility projects and oversees inspection teams, ensuring quality and compliance across all phases of construction. Her work reflects a deep commitment to serving the community through strategic planning, technical expertise, and stakeholder coordination.
