Michael Freeman is a Civil Designer III with over three years of experience in residential and commercial development, as well as stormwater engineering. His expertise includes roadway, utility, and grading design, along with managing utility and stormwater as-builts. Prior to joining Qunity, he collaborated with coastal engineers to develop beach nourishment plans for North Carolina’s shoreline and also gained hands-on experience as a bridge inspector. This fieldwork informs his focus on creating constructable, real-world engineering solutions. Michael passed the NCBELS professional engineer license exam in 2024 and will be eligible to apply for his PE license in 2026.
