Matt Jones is Qunity’s Vice President of Operations, overseeing civil engineering design, stormwater management planning, and firmwide human resources. A licensed Professional Engineer with over 16 years of experience in land development across public and private sectors, Matt is well versed in municipal, commercial, and residential projects. He has led all aspects of site engineering, including grading, drainage, utilities, permitting, erosion control, and construction administration. With nearly a decade of specialized experience in water resources engineering, Matt focuses on complex stormwater infrastructure and Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) design, including wet ponds, sand filters, bio-retention cells, permeable pavement, and constructed wetlands.
