Jael Wagoner is Qunity’s Vice President of Community Design and a decorated U.S. Navy Veteran, bringing over 20 years of experience in Land Development, Landscape Architecture, and Planning. Her career spans a wide range of design disciplines, including Private–Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Mixed-Use developments; Public projects such as Parks and Recreation, Streetscapes, K–12 and Higher Education, Government Facilities, and Aviation; Healthcare facilities including clinics and hospitals; and Energy infrastructure for Power and Delivery, Transmission, and Renewable Energy. Jael is driven to leave a legacy of purposeful spaces and inspirational places, with a strong focus on public and environmental stewardship. She leads business development and oversees projects from planning and conceptual layout through technical design and construction administration, while mentoring and managing staff. Her expertise includes master planning, site analysis, community engagement, stormwater management, permitting, and construction oversight—making her a trusted leader across municipal, education, parks, and commercial sectors.
