WS-87C

Qunity has been awarded the contract for inspection and ombudsman services for the City of Durham’s Petition Water/Sewer Project on Stallings and Geer (WS-87C). This project involves oversight of street construction, installation of water and sewer lines, curb and gutter work, sidewalk repairs, and related improvements.

Our team brings extensive experience with City utility projects, having previously delivered similar services under contracts SW-94C, SW-89C, and SW-49C. Qunity also designed the water and sewer components for WS-87C—including the North Stallings water line, South Stallings water line, and Geer sanitary sewer line—giving us unmatched familiarity with the project’s technical requirements.

Our inspectors, including former Department of Water Management staff, provide daily field inspections, monitor safety in active utility trenches, verify compliance with specifications, and assist contractors with design-related questions. We also manage public inquiries, review contractor reports, and ensure accurate documentation in the City’s PDRX system.
