Hope Valley Commons

A shopping center conveniently located at the intersection of NC 751 and NC 54, Hope Valley Commons is visited by hundreds of shoppers daily. Anchored by Harris Teeter, the center consists of a mix of retail spaces and local restaurants, in addition to Dunkin Donuts, Chipotle, Jiffy Lube, and Walgreens. Qunity handled the planning, design, and approval process for all aspects of the development: Site Plan, stormwater management, utility infrastructure, future parcel planning, and extensive offsite road improvements. Coordination with the City of Durham was necessary for the Garrett Road Extension, which aligns with the main entrance of Hope Valley Commons on NC 54.  The highly visible development quickly became a popular destination for shopping and eating.
