Guess Road Storage Center

This project began with a blank slate and required a full suite of services, including rezoning, site planning, and construction documentation. The development spans just over 10 acres, with only half utilized for the construction of a modern storage facility. The remaining land was preserved in its natural state, reflecting a commitment to environmental stewardship.

In collaboration with the landowner and local community, Qunity helped facilitate the permanent conservation of over 30 adjacent acres through a conservation easement. The design team also worked closely with neighbors to address concerns, resulting in a two-story height limit, strategic building orientation to avoid facing storage unit doors toward Guess Road, and enhanced landscaping along the corridor to maintain visual harmony with the surrounding area.
