​Qunity provided inspection services for construction inspection work for the repair of asphalt pavement, sidewalks, curb & gutter, driveway aprons and curb ramps and ensured that work in the Right-of-way, after the installation of water and sewer services laterals by the Department of Water Management, was installed compliant to the current required specifications. The inspectors verified that sidewalk and curb ramp installations met City, State and PROWAG standards and provided guidance and designs to the contractor as necessary. Qunity acted as an ombudsperson for the City of Durham, working as an intermediary between the contractor, the public, and the City of Durham. We supported the projects by immediately addressing all complaints made by the public caused directly by this project as well as kept adjacent business and land owners updated on the construction schedule for the duration of the project.
