This residential project involves 2 separately permitted projects that combined will create 663 lots on 258 acres of previously undeveloped land. It included a wetland/open water crossing of Martin Branch that required a CLOMR approval. The crossing will include 3 8’x14′ reinforced concrete box culverts. This project was made possible by the City of Durham’s installation of the Southeast Regional Lift Station on Kemp Road.
