This development includes rezoning this 12-acre existing project area to allow the development of up to 170 residential apartment units. Units vary in size to provide a mix of units within the apartment development. It provides a great transition between the surrounding neighborhoods to US-70 and allows an underutilized portion of durham to be developed as a gateway into our city.
