Qunity was tasked with providing design services from conception through construction for 17 apartment buildings and amenities including a clubhouse, outdoor and indoor pools, dog parks throughout the development, playground facilities, basketball and volleyball court. We provided thoughtful designs for the accessible paths throughout the development to ensure that everyone has the same experience maneuvering from their homes to their favorite amenity location. Qunity has also aided in the construction oversight of the amenities and ADA accessible walkways with the Developer.
