Pine Springs Prep Academy

This Preporatory School is located in Holly Springs, NC. The 45,000 square foot building included 35 classrooms along with a future expansion area for 15 more classrooms. For the expected student population of nearly 900 students, a vehicular queue of 4,900 linear feet was needed to ensure traffic did not block the existing road network. A double lane was designed to accomodate this almost one mile vehicle storage length. In addition, a separate access for emergency services was provided while designing a turf-paver fire access road at the back of the school to provide adequate fire access surrounding the entire building.
