Industrial development will create 8 flex space bays for contractor storage of equipment and materials. Project is located at one of the highest points in the City of Durham’s water system which required Qunity to coordinate special approval through water management to permit the water connections with lower than typical pressure. Bioretention cell was designed to treat stormwater quality requirements of the Falls Lake Basin.
